How it works

When not connected to a punching unit, the machine is fed with pre-punched volumes with the covers on the bottom. The volume is transported through the WireBind insertion section. The first loop of the length of WireBind is inserted into the first hole of the volume and through the turning tunnel and closed.

This binding system is recognised as the simplest and most accurate, due to the way the volume is handlied considerable speeds are achieved.

Simple to setup throughout the changing operations.

• Uses WireBind Rilematic® Wire on spools with diameters from 1/4" to 1" for maximum binding thickness of  23 mm.

• Specific tools for each closing diameter
