Fully Automatic Punching and Binding Machine

The simplest and fastest fully automatic binding and punching machine on the market. Thanks to its design and wire insertion mechanism, the machine combines flexibility, versatility and reliability.

Ideal to process Books, Pads, Exercise Books, Diaries and all the range of stationery items.

How it works:

The unit comprises a DP400 automatic double-action punching machine in line with an automatic binding machine B 599.

The book is split into booklets of 5 mm thanks to a picking up device, and to bunches of 2,5 succesively by a dividing blade. Each part is punched  separately but simultaneuslly thanks to the double action ( upper and lower) punching tool. The machine then gathers all the booklets, and the book is transported to the B599 binding unit where it is automatically bound  The two machines can work in line or as standalone and can be purchased separately.

• Uses WireBind Rilematic® Wires continuous in spools with diameters from 1/4" to 1" 
• Binding thickness: from 3 to 23 mm ( Please check thickness reference table)

• Punching thickness:  Max = 5mm  per stroke

                                 15 - 20 mm        (4 booklets)      =    750 pcs/h
                                 20 - 25 mm        (5 booklets)     =     600 pcs/h

Effective speed depends on the technical features of the item and on work’s organisation.

The rates shown refer to 70 gr. / sqm paper.
