High Production Automatic Punching Machine.

This is Rilecart’s automatic punching machine for medium to small sizes. Its simplicity of use, speed and unbelievable sturdiness make it an extremely versatile and always reliable machine.

How it works

FAR-4/42 can be continuously fed with material with different paper thicknesses which is collected by a dedicated gripping system, centred and then punched with precision and accuracy.

The sheets are  transported via conveyor belt to the punching area where they are aligned and then pierced. Pierced sheets are kept in numerical sequence and collected on a conveyor belt.

• Operates continuously by pre-loading device.

• Several punching tools for double loop binding or other mechanical binding systems
