Electric-Punch & Manual-Closing Machine FP-340

The ideal machine for typographer and digital printer as well as for printing centres and for double wire solutions, known and copied for its sturdiness and long life.

A wide range of products, including calendars with the halfmoon, can be double wire bound for lengths up to 35cm thanks to specific punching pins.

The FP-340 can also punch for plastic coils and continuous spirals.

How it works

First step is to electrically punch the sheets, an activity which can be performed by operating the manual switch of the foot pedal to have both hands free.

The spiral is then inserted in the holes by inserting the spiral through the sheets or in the case of thicker diameters, in the dedicated groove, where the spiral is laid with the points facing upwards.

Finally the spiral is closed by acting on the handle. When binding calendars, the hook must be inserted manually.
