How the System Works

Pre-punch the volume to be bound, insert required Rilecart WireBind Rilematic® Double-loop and close.

The main operations

1. Thickness of volume
2. Select size of the WireBind
3. Punching of the sheets with appropriate number of holes and pitch
4. Inserting of the WireBind (and for calendars of the hanger)
5. Close the WireBind

These operations can be performed in different ways, small hand operated, fully automatic or semi-automatic machines.
