How it works

Calendars and books are fed collated, and depending on thickness, operated in three modes

<4mm: The PB735 works exactly like the PB796 punching and binding automatically
4< to >8mm: with these diameters it uses a splitting blade to divide the product into two sections each section is individually punched by the double punching bar, collected and transferred to the binding unit
8< x <11mm: the machine is manually fed with pre-punched products, but as an automatic binder

Uses WireBind Rilematic® Wires in spools
Maximum Binding Size:
- for products up to 4mm thickness = 350x500
- for products over 4mm thickness = 350x300
Minimum Binding Size: 100x100mm
Maximum Punching thickness per stroke is 8mm (4+4 mm depending on pitch, materials and width of product).
Standard binding diameters: 1/4" (optional 3/16" , 5/16"; 3/8"; 7/16"; 1/2"; 9/16" )
