Automatic binder for large diameters

R22 has been specifically designed to bind of large diameters (up to 1”). The special “pincer” binding system and the shaped tools, allow quality and production levels unknown to similar competing machines.

How it works

The computer is initially set up with the basic inputs: pitch, diameter and number of loops and the  product placed under the carter and the unit activated with the foot control.

The machine automatically unwinds the spool, cuts the length in the wished number of loops and carries it onto a magnetic oscillating arm.

The arm brings each length to its binding position, where it is strongly held by a set of pliers. The R422 inserts the spiral in the holes, simultaneously closing the front and the back. The result is a superior quality and fast binding even with big diameters and thicknesses.
