Semi-Automatic big Calendar Binding Machines.

The only semiautomatic machine specially designed to bind big calendars and planners up to 800 mm.

The R800 can reach high production cycles for these types of binds, thanks also to the short tools change over time.

The R-800 represents a machine for calendar specialists but also flexible enough to bind any other type of product.

How it works

The computer is initially set up with the diameter, pitch, wished number of loops per length and the pre-punched product laid on the bench. Once activated, the machine automatically cuts the wire into the desired length and carries it to the binding tool.

The R800 worktable locks the product into position and carries it with the punched edge towards the spiral. The product is then bound by mean of a shaped tool.

The hanger is inserted during this operation. In the case of smaller diameters (3/16" and 1/4") it is possible to lock the table, and push it directly under the repair. The R800 can mount either the semi automatic 7-30cm hanger distributor or the fully automatic vibrating distributor for 7com ha.

The tools change over periods and associated adjustments are extremely easy and fast.
