Semi-Automatic binding machine.

TP 480 is a very flexible and extremely sturdy machine, faster then any other similar model on the market and surely more economic.

Easy to use thanks to the exclusive system of binding, offers low consumption and operating costs, guaranteeing functionality even in harsh  environments. It is the ideal machine for those who are only just starting and for those who want to slowly diversify their production.

How it works

The computer is initially set up by the operator with the required length.  The machine automatically unwires the spool, counts and cuts the spirals and transports the lengths to the binding area, where the operator simply inserts the pre-punched block of sheets into the open spiral.

After the insertion, the whole product is automatically carried in the closing area by pressing the foot pedal, where a closing press binds it. The finished product is then collected on a conveyor belt.
